This panel will provide insights into collaborating with Spain, showcasing its offerings, and featuring perspectives from leading Spanish sales agents.

With major Korean studios sharing their past cases and future projects of international co-production, Korean Film Council(KOFIC) presents a panoramic landscape of international co-production in South Korea to global producers.

The Producers Guild of Korea (PGK) will introduce two international co-productions currently Work-In-Progress(WIP), and seek to sign MOUs with organizations in Hong Kong and Indonesia as Korea's one-stop contact point for international co-productions. In the International Co-Production WIP Showcase, the producers will introduce co-devleoping the Hollywood remake process of the Korean film Sleep, which was selected for the Critics' Week at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023, and the film Dreams of You, starring Korean star Lee Kwang-soo and Vietnamese actresses and is being shot in Vietnam. PGK will also sign MOUs PGK & APROFI (Asosiasi Produser Film Indonesia) and PGK & HKMPEA (Hong Kong Movie Production Executives Association) to promote international co-productions in Asia and create a sustainable ecosystem in film industry.

This event will offer a detailed overview of support programs for international and co-produced projects wishing to film in Korea. It will address various programs applicable at each project stage, making it invaluable for both international and Korean producers. Attendees will see case studies of supported projects and have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with representatives from support program organizations. This session will provide in-depth information about the available support programs.
