Malice is a Taiwanese movie combining the style of marine adventure and thriller, which is rare among East Asian productions. It is a story about a father and son and a mysterious teen embarking on a journey to the mysterious ocean in search of a giant swordfish, each of them encountering shadows from the past. The story touches the theme of refugees and humanity. Gathering filmmaking talents from Taiwan, Malaysia, and Czech Republic, we are thrilled to announce an international co-production with Indonesian KawanKawan Media, led by Yulia Evina Bhara.
Meanwhile, MALICE will announce three leading actors, one from Indonesia and two from Taiwan. This event will be attended by Director LIM Lungyin, producer KUEK Shee Heng and Ivy SHEN Yu-Hua. Witnessed by Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Indonesian Film Board, Mr. Alex Sihar and TAICCA.
